Recipe : Potato and Tomato Al Forno

POTATO AND TOMATO AL FORNO

Potato 400g
Fresh tomato 200g
Red onion 100g
Alce Nero tomato cause with basil 350g
Dried rosemary 1tsp
Sea salt 1 tsp
Balck pepper crushed 1/2 tsp

Method
Cut potato and tomato in wedges, slice the onion.
In a baking tray, put all the ingredients together and miz well.
Bake in oven at 200c for 35 mins.
